Every home we build comes with a one-year builder warranty, covering the workmanship from slab to roof. Also included is a 10 Year Insured Protection Policy covering all systems and structural elements.

Our agents, representatives, and superintendents will walk through the entire process with you to ensure that you are comfortable, confident, and excited about your new home. We'll explain what to expect, as well as what is covered under your warranties, so that you get the maximum satisfaction and enjoyment from your new home.

Home Owner's Handbook

Like everything else in life, your home requires thoughtful attention and care in order to stay in good shape and continue to benefit you and your family. When you purchase your new home from Chambliss Builders, we'll make sure you're ready for home ownership and maintenance.  

We will provide you with an easy-to-understand Homeowner's Handbook (Home Maintenance Manual) which will guide you through the important aspects of maintaining your new home. Contact us to obtain a copy of your manual.
